I brought my car in for the 10,000 mile check up. The Service Advisor, Tech, Valet, Welcoming Team, and entire team were fantastic and made the experience great.

Also had a pleasant conversation with Jade while I waited for my car to be ready. Definitely recommend Prestige Imports and I plan to purchase my next Porsche from them.

Prestige detailed the full interior and exterior of my Audi incl restoring the look of the leather on the steering wheel, which had 120K miles of handling baked into it. Looks great and very pleased w the result.
Great fast service and customer service.
Service was thorough and friendly. I was not offered things I did not need following a vehicle inspection. I left with only my scheduled oil change and tire rotation even though they were not busy on this particular day.

I have purchased many cars over the years, this is my second Porsche from this dealer, and this was the best overall experience of them all. Trace Paulson was very helpful regarding the various features and the importance of each. I very much appreciated both his knowledge and candor. I ordered window tinting and protective coating and understood that I would be contacted about scheduling. After several days I had to call to get this scheduled.
Had a bumper scratch and now I don't, thanks to the expert and professional repairs made to my new 2025 718 GTS 4.0 I also bought from Prestige's excellent sales director.

I brought my Q4 e-tron in for it's 1 year maintenance. First maintenance. After a year! My car was ready well before expected. The service advisor was polite and helpful. And I got a video report from the tech who checked out my car.
If James Bond had a Porsche dealership. . . . I went for service. I might find something wrong with my car just to go back.

Making an appointment on line was very easy. I was greated when I arrived for my appointment and made very comfortable in the customer lounge at the new facility. The service tech sent me a video of his inspection of my car and the service was completed in just over an hour. Very professional from start to finish.
Went in for a check engine light and came out with a full scheduled service visit. Work was done on time and below the estimated cost. Service contact Dave was well informed, thorough and very personable.

I worked with Ryan on a deal and ultimately we decided we'd rather order new than go with a pre certified vehicle and the time to do so isn't now. Ryan had superb communication and really worked hard to make a deal. He was fast and descriptive with responses and patient with my answers. I would 100% buy from him in the future.

These guys really did a good job, turning a "while you wait" troubleshoot and probable fix by software update into "would you like to leave it with us while we get the parts in a couple of days; we have a loaner available for you now" and meeting their commitment to getting the parts in and installed along with excellent communication from the service adviser.
Ryan Reynolds is the best; he is very receptive and thorough. He really looks out for me!

Professional and friendly. A good blend of communicating enticing sale information without feeling like I’m being pushed over or bombarded. They took care of me from the beginning to after the sale to make sure everything was working as it should and I was happy with my purchase which I am!
